We are now accepting Audition Applications!

In 2026 Little Gargoyle Ltd, home of After Dark Murder Mystery and Funcast Character Company will be opening their doors and accepting audition applications. We are looking for capable, confident, and versatile performers to join the team. We extend a warm invitation to actors 18 +, with any experience and background to apply.

Audition Date: Sunday 15th March 2026

Time: (auditionees will be assigned a 15 minute time slot between the hours of 12pm - 3pm).

Location: Our office and rehearsal spaces are in the Lancaster/Morecambe area, we have observed that actors within a

one-hour radius from our base of operations find our work particularly accommodating. This is attributed to the necessity of attending rehearsals and workshops. Our audition day will be held in Lancaster. Due to these factors, we are currently seeking actors who are within a one-hour travel radius from Lancaster/Morecambe only.

Please note: If actors live outside the Lancaster/Morecambe area then a driving license and available vehicle is essential.

​

Audition preparation: Successful audition applicants will receive short script excerpts in advance.

​

Pay rates: Payment varies for each project based on its unique requirements but we have a number of examples to send over prior to accepting your audition. Performance details and pay information for each event is provided to every performer before confirming their availability.
